Psychiatry (Insurance or Self-Pay) 
Medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders and other mental health conditions managed by medications. 

  • Insurance: Avg. $20 co-pay 
  • Self-Pay: Initial $400 • Follow-Up $300 
  • Visit frequency based on treatment needs 
  • Controlled meds: monthly • Non-controlled: every 2–3 months

Medical Weight Loss & GLP-1 Program (Self-Pay) 
Evidence-based GLP-1 weight management with NP oversight. Available in Rockville, MD, Ashburn, VA, Alexandria, VA, or via telehealth. 

  • Initial Evaluation: $400 
  • Membership: $250–$350/month 
  • Medication costs separate Includes GLP-1 & phentermine management, progress monitoring, prescription coordination, and required NP visits every 3 months. 

Nutrition Counseling (Insurance or Self-Pay) 
Work with a registered dietitian for sustainable nutrition support. 

  • Insurance: Avg. $20 co-pay 
  • Self-Pay: Initial $200 • Follow-Up $150 
  • 55-minute initial consult; 25–40 minute follow-ups 

ADHD Clinical Evaluation (Insurance or Self-Pay) 
A structured diagnostic assessment for ADHD. 

  • Insurance: Avg. $20 co-pay 
  • Self-Pay: $600 

ADHD Full Battery Neuropsychological Testing (Self-Pay) 
Comprehensive cognitive, attention, executive function, and emotional assessment with a formal diagnostic report.
